Having Trouble Accessing Virtual Branch?

If you are getting to the log-in page but the following page is not loading you may be having trouble logging in to home banking because your computer is blocking the new website with its pop-up blocker. You would need to:

  • Pull up Internet Explorer
  • Go to TOOLS
  • Go to the PRIVACY TAB
  • At the bottom of that box there will be an option for SETTINGS or EDIT
  • In this option you are able to choose web-sites that your pop-up blocker will allow to load. You need to copy and paste the website from the address bar and include it as an allowed website. This will allow you to view your home banking.
